Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains, in plain English, what personal information we collect when you visit the pages for “257 Keto Recipes for the Thermomix®”, why we collect it, and what your rights are. It is written for visitors in the United Kingdom (UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR) and Australia (Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles), and applies to everyone who visits.
1. Who we are
ONNE COMPANY LTDA
CNPJ (Brazilian company number): 42.137.468/0001-72
Email: contato.onnecompany@gmail.com
“Emma Hayes” is the author persona of this recipe collection; her images are created with AI. The business behind this site is Onne Company, which is responsible (the “controller”) for your information.
2. What we collect and why
- Basic technical data when the page loads (IP address, browser, device, page visited, time, referring page), so the site works and stays secure.
- Ad and campaign details from the link you clicked (such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, sck, src or xcod), so we know which ad brought you here.
- Clicks on the buy button and a random, pseudonymous visitor ID, so a purchase can be matched to the right ad.
- Only if you click “Accept all”: Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity data (see sections 5 and 6).
- Order details (name, email, purchase) that Hotmart shares with us after you buy, so we can give you access, handle refunds and keep our accounts.
Our legal bases under the UK GDPR are: your consent (Meta Pixel and Clarity), contract (your purchase and access), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and our legitimate interests (keeping the site secure and measuring which ads work, in a way that respects your privacy).
3. Hosting: Cloudflare Pages
The pages are delivered by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to show you the page, such as your IP address.
4. Cookie notice and your choice
On your first visit we ask whether you allow non-essential tools (“Accept all” or “Necessary only”). Without your consent we do not load the Meta Pixel or Microsoft Clarity. We save your choice in your browser’s local storage (entry “emma_consent_v1”), which is strictly necessary. You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
5. Meta Pixel (only with your consent)
We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It may process page views, clicks on the buy button, device and browser data, your IP address and cookie IDs (“_fbp”, “_fbc”). Meta may transfer data to the USA. See Meta’s own privacy policy for how Meta uses this data.
6. Microsoft Clarity (only with your consent)
We use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to see, in aggregate, how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings). Anything you type is masked. Cookies: “_clck”, “_clsk”. Microsoft may transfer data to the USA.
7. Our own visit counter
A small analytics script of our own (loaded from dados.restorewell.online) records page views, campaign details, time and clicks on the buy button, using a random visitor ID that is added to the checkout link. It uses cookies (“_thrb_vid”, “_thrb_sid”, “_thrb_ft”) and local storage. We use it only to see which ads lead to purchases.
8. Buying through Hotmart
Payments are handled by the Hotmart platform. When you click the buy button you go to Hotmart’s checkout, where you enter your order and payment details. Hotmart’s own privacy policy applies there. We never see your full card details.
9. Emails
After you buy, we email you about your access and your recipes. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
10. Sending data overseas
Onne Company is based in Brazil, and some of the providers above are in the USA. When your information leaves the UK or Australia, we only use well-known providers that offer recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or certification schemes), and we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with UK and Australian privacy law.
11. How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, accounting records). Meta and Microsoft cookies follow those providers’ own time limits (usually up to 13 months).
12. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent at any time through “Cookie settings”. Just email contato.onnecompany@gmail.com; we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) in Australia.
13. No automated decisions
We don’t make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
14. Children
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
