1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase of the digital product “257 Keto Recipes for the Thermomix®” and any related extras bought through this website and the linked checkout.
2. What you get
You get digital access to a recipe collection for the Thermomix® with ingredients, steps and machine settings, plus the bonuses listed in the offer. We don’t promise any particular result (for example, weight loss).
3. Placing an order
The information on this website is not a binding offer. When you complete your order in the checkout, you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when you receive the confirmation email.
4. Price and payment
The final price is the one shown in the checkout. Payment is handled by the Hotmart platform (payment methods depend on what the checkout offers). Any extras offered during or after your purchase are separate purchases; the price and, for a subscription, the billing period are clearly shown before you confirm. You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
5. Access
Your digital content is made available once payment is confirmed; Hotmart emails you your access details. One-off purchases remain available for as long as the offer exists.

If you’re not happy, email us within 15 days of your purchase and you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked. See our Refund Policy. This doesn’t affect your rights under consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
