15-day money-back guarantee
We want you to love your recipes. If “257 Keto Recipes for the Thermomix®” isn’t right for you, for any reason, email us within 15 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions, no forms.
How to ask for a refund
- Email contato.onnecompany@gmail.com.
- Tell us the email address you used to buy.
- That’s it. We’ll process the refund through Hotmart, back to the payment method you used.
When will I get my money?
We start the refund as soon as we receive your email. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.
Extras and subscriptions
The same 15-day guarantee applies to extras bought during or after your order. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period.
Your rights under consumer law
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and UK consumer law, which are not affected.
